The Independent Bee/DIY Package is best suited for families that want a flexible solution and just need the plan and information necessary to do it themselves. This package consists of a personalized sleep plan tailored to you and your child’s sleep needs as well as one initial email answering any questions you may have regarding the sleep plan prior to the start as well as a wrap up email for the last day of your consultation. In this package, the two (three if you choose the 3-week consultation package) emails are completely optional and complimentary as it is something I provide for families that other consultants don’t typically provide in DIY packages. I just want to make sure the families I am working with feel supported throughout their journey to a better night’s sleep, regardless of their chosen consultation package. There is a 2-week consultation package: $185 and a 3-week consultation package: $265.
