About Little Bee's Sleep Co.

Gentle Support. Restful Nights. Happy Families.

Hi, I'm Angelique, founder of Little Bee's Sleep Co. and a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting.

I know that when a child isn't sleeping well, the entire family feels it. Sleepless nights, unpredictable naps, bedtime battles, and constant exhaustion can leave parents feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. My goal is to provide families with the guidance, support, and confidence they need to help their little ones develop healthy sleep habits and get the rest they deserve.

At Little Bee's Sleep Co., I work with families of newborns, infants, and toddlers to create personalized sleep plans that are tailored to their child's unique needs and their family's parenting style. I believe sleep support should never feel rigid or judgmental. Instead, it should feel empowering, compassionate, and achievable. Bedtime is a time for connection.

My approach combines evidence-based sleep education with practical strategies that fit naturally into your family's daily life. Together, we'll create a plan that supports your child's development, encourages independent sleep skills, and helps bring more peace and predictability to your home.

My Philosophy

Every child is different, and every family deserves support that respects their values and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to sleep.

I believe in:

  • Personalized, family-centered sleep support

  • Evidence-based education and guidance

  • Gentle, responsive approaches

  • Building parent confidence

  • Sustainable sleep habits that last

My Sleep Philosophy Regarding Crying

I do not advocate for the Cry It Out (CIO) method as I don’t believe that your child should be left to cry it out. I think that setting healthy sleep boundaries is important but not at the expense of yours and your child’s happiness surrounding the concept of bedtime. I believe that children should feel safe and loved during bedtime. That’s why I advocate for reasonable sleep boundaries and expectations as bedtime should be about connection, not rigid sleep practices. In other words, I advocate for reasonable response time over the CIO method.

With that being said, I recognize that, realistically, tears are going to happen. Often, this is how children communicate their discomfort to change when they don’t know how to voice their feelings and opinions. This is natural and is part of the learning curve, which will improve over time. It’s all about giving your child the opportunity to practice sleeping on their own.

Why "Little Bee's"?

Bees are known for their dedication, care, and ability to help things grow and flourish. Much like a busy bee caring for its hive, parents pour endless love and energy into caring for their children.

Little Bee's Sleep Co. was created to support those hardworking families by helping them find more rest, more confidence, and more joyful moments together.

Let's Get Your Family Sleeping

Whether you're preparing for sleep with a newborn, navigating infant sleep challenges, or working through toddler bedtime struggles, you don't have to do it alone.

I would be honored to support your family on the journey to a better night's sleep.

Because when little bees sleep well, the whole hive can thrive.

Warmly,

Angelique
